In Response to COVID

Melnick ADR is dedicated to maintaining our mediation standards while considering the health and safety of our clients.
At the current time, we are hosting both in person and virtual sessions and meetings. When meeting in person, we are careful to adhere to COVID safety guidelines. Additionally, we continue to conduct some of our business virtually. Full-service video-conferencing allows the effectiveness of joint sessions, as well as individual ‘rooms’ for private discussion. We can accommodate any number of people and we ensure that all parties involved in the process are comfortable with the use of the technology.
Routine follow-ups are now more important than ever to ensure our clients feel involved in the dispute resolution process, regardless of physical distance. Our goal is to make sure the effective services that our clientele have come to rely on adapts to the “new normal.”
